Together, we're improving everyday life. **Job Title** **: Facets Config Analyst** **Location** **:** **Remote** **Job ID** **: SO# 00064334351** **Role and Responsibilities:** · Lead the optimization of Facets workflows to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes. · Oversee the integration and management of Facets data models to ensure accurate and reliable data handling. · Provide expert guidance on Facets claims processing to improve accuracy and reduce processing time. · Collaborate with stakeholders to refine Facets provider management ensuring seamless provider interactions. · Drive the development and implementation of Facets plan products to meet evolving business needs. · Facilitate membership management within Facets ensuring data integrity and member satisfaction. · Support group management in Facets optimizing group configurations for better performance. · Utilize MS Excel for data analysis and reporting providing insights to support decision-making. · Engage in cross-functional collaboration to align Facets solutions with payer domain requirements. · Conduct thorough testing and validation of Facets modules to ensure system reliability and performance. · Mentor team members on Facets functionalities fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. · Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Facets enhancements. · Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep Facets solutions aligned with best practices. **Required Experience** : · Possess extensive experience in Facets workflow optimization and data model management. · Demonstrate proficiency in Facets claims provider plan product membership and group modules. · Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize MS Excel for data-driven decision-making. · Have a solid understanding of the payer domain and its specific requirements. · Show excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. · Display a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a hybrid team environment. · Bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applicants will be accepted till 6/25/2025 The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $99K-$117K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
