Job Description

Full-time position with personal injury law firm in downtown Jacksonville.

Candidate Requirements:

· Must have at least one years' experience working in personal injury litigation.

· Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Must be driven, able to work independently, and keep deadlines.

· Must have experience preparing and filing legal documents.

· Will prepare and proofread correspondence and legal documents.

· Will manage, organize, and maintain documents in electronic filing systems.

· Will serve as primary contact for some clients.

· Will manage small pre-suit case caseload, obtain all necessary documents, and possible prepare first draft of demand letter.

· Federal litigation experience is a plus.

· Significant proof-reading experience is a plus.

Pay will be negotiated for someone with significant personal injury practice experience.
