POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Budtender at DACUT, you are the face of the brand. You’ll guide customers through their cannabis journey with professionalism, product knowledge, and a warm, welcoming attitude. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier customer service, we want to meet you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction
Educate customers on cannabis products, effects, usage, and compliance
Maintain an organized, compliant, and visually appealing sales floor
Meet or exceed sales goals through effective product recommendations
Stay current on product offerings, new inventory, and industry trends
Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and state cannabis regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior cannabis, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong product knowledge and passion for cannabis culture
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be 21+ and able to pass any required background checks
